IFS Pathways for Perinatal Care Providers is a training and development program that utilizes the Internal Family Systems (IFS) model to support perinatal mental health practitioners. It aims to equip professionals with the tools to understand and work with the internal parts of clients experiencing the challenges of fertility journeys, perinatal loss, pregnancy and early parenthood, among others. This program helps professionals connect with their own "Self" and understand how parts impacted by trauma, stress, or societal pressures might emerge during the perinatal period.
