Parts in Transition: IFS Training for Perinatal Care Providers
Professional Training
This training program utilizes the Internal Family Systems (IFS) model to support perinatal mental health practitioners. It aims to equip professionals with the tools to understand and work with the internal parts of clients experiencing the challenges of fertility journeys, perinatal loss, pregnancy and early parenthood. This program helps professionals connect with their own "Self" and understand how parts impacted by trauma, stress, or societal pressures might emerge during the perinatal period.

Consultation Groups
Post Training
Join a supportive and skill-building consultation group designed for therapists and practitioners looking to deepen their Internal Family Systems (IFS) practice with perinatal clients. This group will focus on applying IFS principles to the unique challenges and transitions of the perinatal period—including fertility, pregnancy, birth, postpartum, and early parenting. Through case consultation, shared learning, and guided reflection, participants will expand their capacity to hold space for both clients and their own parts in this sensitive and transformative work.

Individual Clinical IFS Supervision
With Christine
As a counsellor and supervisor trained in Internal Family Systems (IFS), I believe the journey of a helper is also seasonal—marked by transitions, growth, identity shifts, and deep inner work. I offer compassionate, IFS-based clinical supervision for counsellors, social service workers, social workers, psychotherapists, and mental health practitioners who want to deepen their self-awareness, strengthen their use of parts work, and cultivate a more sustainable, Self-led practice. Supervision session rate is $160 per hour and meets the supervision requirements for CRPO.

Individual IFS Therapy
With Kelley
Kelley provides individual IFS therapy for perinatal care providers. Kelley supports professionals in connecting with their own "Self" and understanding how parts impacted by trauma, stress, or societal pressures that emerged during the perinatal period might become activated in their work with perinatal clients.
Kelley sees clients virtually across Ontario, Quebec, Alberta, Newfoundland and Nova Scotia Monday though Friday between 9am-3pm EST. Kelley's rates are $160 per 50 minute session.

Demo Groups
An IFS Demo Group offers participants the opportunity to observe and engage with the IFS process in real time. Through guided demonstrations led by a trained IFS practitioner, you’ll witness how different “parts” of us — such as inner critics, protectors, and exiles — interact within our internal system. These groups are designed to offer an in-depth opportunity to see IFS in action. Each group will include 4 participants, and over the course of 4, 1.5 hour monly sessions, each participant will have one opportunity to be in the role of client while others observe. Together, we’ll explore choice points, process, and clinical decision-making in a collaborative, reflective way.
