Parts in Transition: IFS Training for Perinatal Care Providers
Professional Training
This training program utilizes the Internal Family Systems (IFS) model to support perinatal mental health practitioners. It aims to equip professionals with the tools to understand and work with the internal parts of clients experiencing the challenges of fertility journeys, perinatal loss, pregnancy and early parenthood. This program helps professionals connect with their own "Self" and understand how parts impacted by trauma, stress, or societal pressures might emerge during the perinatal period.

Consultation Groups
Post Training
Join a supportive and skill-building consultation group designed for therapists and practitioners looking to deepen their Internal Family Systems (IFS) practice with perinatal clients. This group will focus on applying IFS principles to the unique challenges and transitions of the perinatal period—including fertility, pregnancy, birth, postpartum, and early parenting. Through case consultation, shared learning, and guided reflection, participants will expand their capacity to hold space for both clients and their own parts in this sensitive and transformative work.
