Kelley Hassanpour, RN, MScN
Kelley Hassanpour (she/her) is a Registered Nurse, Psychotherapist who discovered Internal Family Systems (IFS) therapy through her own perinatal healing journey. This personal experience deeply informs her work and fuels her passion for supporting clients during the profound transition to parenthood.
Kelley believes that IFS is uniquely suited to perinatal therapy, offering a compassionate and effective framework to navigate the emotional complexity that often arises during pregnancy, birth, and early parenting. She trusts in the healing power of IFS to help individuals reconnect with their inner wisdom and foster lasting transformation.
Kelley has completed advanced training through the IFS Counselling Association (IFSCA), including both the Stepping Stones and Stepping Deeper programs as well as Life Architect’s The Others Within Us: Unattached Burdens and Guides in IFS Therapy with Bob Falconer. Her approach is warm, grounded, and deeply attuned to the needs of each client's internal system as they move through this transformative life stage.
Kelley is an Autistic mom, living in a Neurodiverse home with her partner, child and chocolate lab Charlie.
Kelley works with clients in Ontario, Nova Scotia, Quebec, Newfoundland and Alberta.
