Refund Policy

We want you to feel confident in your decision to enroll in our live online course. Because live training involves real-time instruction, preparation, and reserved spots, our refund policy is as follows: 1. Eligibility for Refund Full Refund: Requests made within 7 days of purchase and before access to the online course material has been granted will be refunded in full minus a $50 administrative fee. 2. How to Request a Refund All refund requests must be submitted in writing via email to info@ifspathways.ca. In your refund request, please include your full name, course name, purchase date. 3. Exceptional Circumstances We understand that unexpected events happen. At our discretion, partial credits toward a future course may be offered in cases of documented emergencies.
